Scholastic + Campus Activities
Scholarship is one of the principles on which Alpha Delta Pi was founded, so we take academics very seriously. Our sisters spend much of their time in the library working hard and studying. Many sisters are members of academic honor societies and have achieved great things academically! Our Scholarship Chair does a snappy cup at chapter for sisters who received good grades and gives out candy and other goodies during midterms and finals to motivate sisters. We also have many sisters on scholarship at Furman, including Hollingsworth Scholars, Townes Scholars, and other academic scholarships.
The sisters of Eta Phi are involved in many different campus organizations, from varsity sports to honor societies. This past year we won Greek Week! At the 2014 Greek Awards Banquet, our chapter received the sorority of the year award! Our chapter can be found in leadership roles in almost any campus organization, including the following:
